Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about coffee orders
We require payment in advance for coffee orders of at least three orders, after which we are happy to discuss the possibility of establishing credit terms. We accept payment by debit or credit card, check, bank transfer, and electronic funds transfer.
Other frequently asked questions about shipping.
Yes! We have competitive rates with many national and international shipping companies, and we can work with you to ensure you get the delivery service you need.
Before signing for any coffee shipment, carefully inspect the shipment and the bags it contains. If you notice any damage or any discrepancy between what was delivered and what is listed on the delivery order, do not sign the driver's documents. Simply send an email to your sales representative or to kafa@marabih.com to request assistance. When in doubt, take a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
- Check the following when you receive your shipment:
- Broken bags or spilled grains
- Unwrapped pallets or damage to packaging/strapping
- Broken pallets
- Missing bags — make sure they are counted and matched before the driver leaves
We are committed to providing comprehensive customer service, and we want you to be completely satisfied with the coffee you receive from us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us by email: kafa@marabih.com or by phone: (0504513017), and we will do our best to rectify any issues.
- Store coffee in GrainPro bags and seal the bag tightly between uses.
- Store coffee in the coolest suitable area (not too cold) in your facility, away from direct sunlight and anything that affects air humidity, such as dishwashers, steam radiators, dehumidifiers, etc.
- If you have multiple bags contracted, consider allowing your importer to hold them in storage for several months rather than receiving the entire quantity at once.
Coffee varieties differ in how well they withstand deterioration over time. Some varieties hold up well during storage, while others deteriorate more quickly. The general rule is “fresh is always best,” and we recommend using green beans within 6 months of receipt, although storage for up to a year is acceptable in most cases.
