Customers may submit a return request for new products if they wish to do so, or if they are dissatisfied with the product, or if there is a defect in it, within 7 days of the date of receipt of the order.

Exceptions:
Products damaged as a result of misuse (such as scratches or malfunctions caused by using an inappropriate electrical voltage) cannot be returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the manual and all accessories.
Returns, replacements, or repairs under warranty require proof of original purchase.
A customer service representative will contact you to confirm your return request after inspecting the product to ensure that it is free of defects.
The refund process will begin after confirming that the returned product meets the return conditions, and the refund will be processed within 14 days depending on the payment method used.
Products are delivered by companies specializing in order delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within a period not exceeding five working days,excluding public holidays and vacations, and in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies.
If the order arrives at the address you specified and cannot be received, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery date.
KAFA Coffee is not responsible for any orders that are not delivered within 30 days of the order date.
We would also like to inform you that our business days are Sunday through Thursday, and delivery service is not available on Fridays or during holidays and public holidays.
