Description:
The Q Arabica Grader Combo Course is CQI’s flagship certification designed to identify and calibrate professional coffee tasters using SCA cupping standards. This 6-day course includes both theoretical training and practical examinations across 20 tests in 9 modules.

Participants will learn and be assessed in:

• Cupping protocols & sensory evaluation

• Green coffee defect identification

• Triangulation & olfactory/gustatory skills

• CQI flavor standards in solution

• Roast identification and coffee acid matching

Note: The final day allows time for retakes if needed. Students who pass all exams will receive the Q Arabica Grader Certification.
