This coffee comes from Pu'er region in Yunnan Province. Lao Xu Zhai suprises us with it's character when we first cup the coffee. Full of fruitiness, clean, that can be rivaled to top microlots from more established origins. A sign that China's specialty coffee sector is no longer emerging. It has arrived.
